Ground Floor : Sitting room with Digital TV, Video, DVD Player, CD & tape player & Open fire (electric fire also available.) Kitchen Diner with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge, freezer and TV. Shower room with shower, WC and wash basin.

First Floor : Bedroom 1 with double bed & en suite bathroom with bath, WC and wash basin. Two more steps take you to bedroom 2 with twin beds & bedroom 3 with 3ft wide Bunk Beds.

Facilities & Services

Inclusive : Dolphin Cottage has full oil-fired Central Heating. Electricity. Telephone (incoming only or for emergency calls), Duvets, Travel Cot, High Chair, Stair Gate.

At Cost; Fuel for open fire - wood or coal can then be purchased in Penryn (5 minute drive.).

Miscellaneous; Parking on Road. Patio Furniture & Barbecue available. Public Telephone, 200yards.

Dolphin Cottage is Non Smoking accomodation.

One small dog is welcome. (cost £30)

All weeks run Saturday - Saturday.

The cottage is available from 2pm on your Saturday of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on your Saturday of departure.
